Pulse HR was set up to provide dynamic, proactive and hands-on HR and employment advice and guidance to employers. Our aim is to enable every employer, regardless of size or sector, to have access to clear, unambiguous and practical advice on how to be good and effective employers and to develop and grow healthy relations with all staff.

You can access our services in a number of ways as suits your needs as we can provide support by phone, email or in person. We have no minimum contract periods so you have the flexibility to alter your HR support to suit your needs at any time. Our fees are fixed and agreed in advance so there are no nasty surprises!

You can choose from the following options:

  • For ad hoc HR queries, issues or project or training requirements, our pay as you go (PAYG) option may suit you. You can buy hours, days or half-days as and when needed at fixed hourly rates. Should you have a more regular requirement for HR support, our monthly support options allow you to buy a regular number of hours each month providing you with remote telephone and email support and all supporting documentation. On site visits can be arranged as necessary.

  • We recognise that many clients would prefer to have all HR matters dealt with by their own HR Manager and we can provide this for you on a regular weekly or monthly basis. Our HR Managers are available for full or half days on a monthly or weekly basis and can work on or off-site as you prefer. This option suits those employers who have increasing HR demands but who do not yet have the requirement or resources to employ HR support directly.

  • We’re also happy to put together tailor-made support packages to meet your specific requirements.

Having Pulse HR deal with your HR frees you up to do what you do best – running your business! Our HR Managers have all worked at senior management level and are capable of undertaking all aspects of HR on your behalf whether this is the simple stuff like maintaining records, dealing with ad hoc staff queries and taking care of procedural requirements, to more complex employment matters.

We work closely with employment lawyers and QHSE specialists and so are well placed to provide the full range of support you would expect.
